About Atlantic Bengals

Our Story

Atlantic Bengals is a small, home-based cattery located just outside Halifax, Nova Scotia.

With many years of experience in cat ownership and fostering through the Nova Scotia SPCA, we recognized the need for change in the cat community. Nova Scotia, along with other provinces, faces a significant overpopulation of cats and kittens, largely due to insufficient spaying/neutering and irresponsible breeding practices. Many of these animals suffer from preventable health issues. In response, our goal is to provide health-tested, purebred Bengal cats while also promoting education about responsible breeding and pet care in hopes these pets will be happy and healthy in life long homes
